Hi , My names jeremy, im a 26 yr old father of 1 with 1 on the way. i need help all my top teeth are severly rotted and cause immense pain. I work at a resteraunt making 7.00 a hr and cant afford any more bills than i already have with the baby on the way. Can someone please help.
